Jessica Pugh and George Hardesty enjoyed their traditional bridal dance at their wedding reception for 150 guests at The Atlantis Restaurant in October of 2004.

The host of the event, the bride’s father, Robert Hugh is a coalmining survivor of the nationally-covered event of the trapped Pennsylvania miners. He was there to enjoy the wedding of his daughter on the beach below the Atlantis Restaurant.
As the guests flowed in they enjoyed a combination waterfall of assorted cheeses and fruits.

Their buffet was staged in stations so that the guests could try one course at a time as many times as they liked. A wide assortment of cookies were set up at a station as per the bride’s family tradition. The other stations included Steamship Round of Beef Carving Station, a Pasta Station featuring made to order dishes, a Seafood Station with Cajun Roasted Shrimp, Fried Clam Strips, and Mini Crab Cakes.
